Multiple short-term HR Co-ordinators is now available within impressive, and highly sought after, financial Services organisations - based in the heart of the CBD/ Inner Suburbs. Commencing immediately, this is your opportunity to join industry leaders and gain some exceptional experience within agile business" who are transforming their business operations.

As HR Administrator, your key responsibilities will include;

  • Supporting with onboarding/offboarding duties
  • Contract generation (HRO experience highly regarded but non essential)
  • Interview management - end to end
  • Responding to the general HR inbox
  • Other ad hoc duties as needed

As an ideal applicant, you will have; 

  • Previous experience as a HR Administrator/ Coordinator 
  • Outstanding organisation skills and attention to detail 
  • Outstanding communication style and ability
  • Excellent use of own initiative
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience working within HRIS systems
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office suite skills
