My client, a leading architecture studio known for its innovative and forward-thinking approach, is seeking a talented Front-End Design Architect to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a portfolio of exciting and diverse projects across public and cultural projects.

About the Role
As the Front-End Design Architect, you will:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to develop and deliver inspiring concept designs.
  • Take the lead in early-stage project development, including feasibility studies, site analysis, and schematic design.
  • Translate client visions into compelling design narratives and high-quality visual presentations.
  • Stay informed on design innovations, technologies, and trends, incorporating these into creative solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project progression from concept to completion.

The Ideal Candidate
My client is looking for a passionate and dynamic architect who has:

  • A degree in Architecture (registration is a plus but not required).
  • A strong focus on front-end design and concept development.
  • A compelling portfolio that showcases creative and innovative design solutions.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders.
  • A sound understanding of local planning regulations and sustainability principles.
  • Local NSW experience required.
