Design Manager position will be offered to a Senior Project Architect ready to step into the next stage of their career. Australia’s iconic developer is offering a senior architect the opportunity to create and manage Australia’s largest high-rise projects. **Key Responsibilities**:
You will manage external Consultants and Architects on multiple projects, including:

- Refine designs of external and internal details
- Liaise with stakeholders from post DA stage through to completion
- Manage documentation and delivery of projects at the highest quality within a timely manner
- Manage stages of design ensuring they are delivered within budget and accurately costed.

- Experience within the high-rise sector, ability to provide project examples
- Lead large scale projects
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

**Successful applicants Must have**:

- Minimum 10 Years’ Experience
- Registered Architect
- High-rise or mid-rise experience
- Excellent understanding of Planning Controls and Building Regulations across VIC, NSW and QLD
- Software experience: Advanced Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign and Photoshop
- Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
