About the Position

This exciting opportunity will see you directly involved in all stages of project delivery, from inception to completion, as you head your own team on medium to large-scale multi-residential and commercial projects. Your expertise and leadership skills will be crucial in overseeing documentation, leading tender packages, and managing the profitability of the project.

  • Liaise with clients, attend site meetings, coordinate consultants and stakeholders.
  • Manage fee proposals, deliverables, and project profitability.
