About the role
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the development and delivery of thought provoking and engaging campaigns on various channels, including the website, social media, newsletters and publications.

This role will develop, populate and manage the social media campaigns.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing SEO, EDM’s (Mailchimp), Google Ads and content on the website and associated platforms, ensuring messaging is consistent with the brand and in line with stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage digital campaigns, SEO, Google Ads across digital platforms.
  • Support event promotion and sponsor digital communication entitlements with the Events team.
  • Monitor media channels, industry updates, and relevant metrics to inform content development and performance evaluation.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders re communications and assist with marketing tasks.

About the successful candidate

  1. Tertiary qualifications in digital marketing or related field, with professional experience in a business environment.
  2. Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills, with experience creating high-quality content for diverse platforms.
  4. Proven experience managing social media campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
  5. Competency with CRM, event systems, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), along with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
