**The Position**

Reporting to the Chief Creative Officer, the full time role of Digital Marketing Coordinator will provide brand and digital marketing support to the Future Leadership team, working across all business units. This position has close collaborative relationships with the customer experience and corporate services team members.

The position of Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the design of business development tools and implementation, digital marketing product collateral aligned to the one brand strategy across various elements and support research and insights for hero digital products including Future Leadership Capability Framework and Future Exchange Community.

In addition, the role will lead SEO initiatives, drive engagement across channels, and support lead generation through targeted campaigns and nurture sequences, design data-driven storytelling through case studies, conducting research on market trends, and creating compelling assets like banners and videos using Canva.

Collaborating with the Chief Creative Officer, this role will coordinate events, digital campaigns, and PR media efforts while managing digital and print advertising relationships. Additionally, this role involves tracking and analyzing digital marketing performance, supporting website SEO for key projects, and ensuring seamless system utilization and digital management.

A Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field along with a Masters in Marketing or an MBA is essential.

Experience in a professional services firm and familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot or Adobe Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.
