Milestone IT is searching for a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our client's growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in eliciting requirements, analyzing processes, and designing solutions that drive efficiency and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and challenges.
  • Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Document requirements clearly and concisely, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop solutions and user stories that meet business needs and technical feasibility.
  • Work collaboratively with developers and designers to ensure solutions are implemented effectively.
  • Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet requirements and deliver expected outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN) a plus.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) a plus.
