Our client is a leading ASX-listed healthcare business based in Melbourne. Who are looking for a Business Analyst that is passionate about data analysis and eager to take the next step in their career. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, providing critical insights and managing the NetSuite system. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and some experience in a similar environment, with a keen interest in growing within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to support decision-making processes across the business.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for the board and senior management, highlighting key findings and actionable insights.
  • NetSuite Management: Oversee the management and optimization of the NetSuite system, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices in data management and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Some experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple stakeholders.
