I am seeking a Business Analyst with Healthcare Domain experience in Melbourne to take up a 3 months contract with a view of extension.
Your day at NTT
- A minimum 3 years of proven system solution analytical experience.
- Proven experience in Waterfall and Agile delivery as a business/functional Analyst.
- Extensive experience with documenting business requirements encompassing functional and non- functional needs, exceptions and business rules.
- Experience with negotiating with users, technical staff and subject matter experts to achieve desired outcomes.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to:
- Lead workshops and work directly with solution stakeholders.
- Negotiate, and resolve problem, challenging opinions where necessary to achieve quality solutions.
- Establish and maintain effective communications across program and multiple stakeholders through provision of expert guidance, support and feedback to ensure proposed solutions meet the business requirements.
- Experience managing process analysis and process modelling, technical requirements analysis and data mapping activities.
What would make you a good fit for this role?
- Outstanding Problem solving skills and the ability to identify and predict risks and issues.
- Experience in documenting system integration specifications.
- Experience in showcasing of system solution and assisting with User Acceptance Testing.
- Experience working for Victorian Government.
- Experience in data analysis and advanced excel and SQL capabilities is desired.
