Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Providing accurate information about products/services.
  • Resolving customer issues promptly while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Processing customer orders, maintaining customer records in the database
  • Administrative duties such as appointment scheduling, ordering office supplies, raising purchase orders, compliance and record keeping

About You

  • Proven experience in a customer service role or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM advantageous
