Job Description

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences and turning customers into lifelong fans?
We’re on the hunt for a Customer Experience Team Member who’s excited to be the voice of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction leaves a lasting impression. This isn’t just another customer service role – it’s your chance to be part of a team that truly makes a difference

  • You’ll respond to customer feedback, swiftly resolve issues, and ensure every customer walks away with a smile.
  • Turn satisfied customers into advocates by addressing concerns and managing product/service reviews like a pro.
  • Spot opportunities to make our internal processes even better – because we’re all about continuous improvement
  • Handle customer calls, emails, and NPS feedback, liaising with suppliers and logistics partners to keep things running smoothly.
  • Keep our customer records up to date and make sure every interaction is positive and productive.

Qualifications

  • You genuinely love making customers happy and solving their problems.
  • You’re quick on your feet and love turning challenges into opportunities.
  • You’ve got top-notch verbal and written communication skills.
  • You can juggle multiple tasks, prioritise like a pro, and keep your cool under pressure.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love collaborating with others to get the job done.
