You will take direction from the Regional Sales Manager and ensure you are setting clear expectations for the team. Our local marketing stakeholder will also provide direction and support when needed. You will be a role model, demonstrating your excellent customer service and leadership skills along the way 

Your main duties will involve:

  • Manage and coach a team of sales representatives across various direct sales campaigns
  • Ensure your team is meeting weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Coach and manage your team’s daily activities
  • Implement training strategies to increase performance
  • Carry out regular 1:1’s, developing a culture where training and development are part of the team

You have…

  • Direct sales experience (door to door selling experience is a must)
  • Experience managing a casual workforce in a sales, retail or customer service environment
  • Natural ability to motivate and inspire people
  • Experience in performance management
  • Confidence and positivity in everything you do
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change, comfortable making split-second decisions with far reaching consequences
  • Passionate about our business: a foodie or an operations and problem-solving zealot
  • Driver license is a big plus
