About the role

 
We're looking for a Campaign Manager to join our CFS team on a 10-month secondment. 

In this exciting role, you'll work on customer-facing campaigns, ensuring our strategic goals are met. 

You'll see the impact of your work firsthand as you collaborate with a variety of external partners and Flybuys.

What you’ll be doing

 
Reporting to the Commercial Manager - Loyalty, you’ll manage and execute below the line targeted marketing campaigns for Coles Lifestyle Services (Lending & Insurance) to meet business and marketing objectives.  


 
You’ll also:
 

 
•    Manage campaign process to bring marketing plans to market including insight, analytics, creative, execution
•    Brief stakeholders on planned activity and digital operations on offer setup and testing 
•    Provide insight on campaign performance and drivers of member behaviour 
•    Continually drive a test and learn approach to improve campaign performance  
•    Monitor competitor activity, identifying trends and changes in offers and marketing activations.

What you bring

 
Tertiary qualified in Advertising/Marketing/Business, you have experience in CRM, Loyalty, Digital Marketing, or Campaign Management. 


 
You’ll also need

 
•    The capacity to work effectively and deliver high quality outputs in a fast-paced complex retail environment 
•    Stakeholder management with both internal and external partners
•    Experience in creating marketing briefs 
•    Experience working with data for marketing campaign purposes
•    Ability to effectively manage time, prioritise workload and escalate issues when required  
•    Strong presentation skills.
