**About the role**:
Reporting to the Group Product Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Coles Digital Personalisation, Product and Marketing teams across the Coles Group to deliver relevant and personalised digital experiences by managing the maintenance, creation and distribution of our 1st party digital audiences.

**Please note this is a 12 month fixed-term position.**

**You will**:

- Define & identify campaign audiences based on requirements provided in brief
- Distribute of targeting data to multiple destinations in various formats
- Be responsible for periodic reporting/tracking for key digital audience KPI's
- Create customised reports to suit the demands and expected audience (from peers through to C- level)
- Automate the reporting where possible
- Provide insights to help the business understand the performance of each digital audience to help with future decisioning

***You'll need**:

- Extensive experience in digital marketing campaign execution
- Ability to analyse data to reveal new actionable insights that have driven real business value
- Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud suite of products, primarily Adobe Experience Platform Adobe Audience Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of web technology and online products
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
