**About the team**:
Coles Liquor is a trusted retailer with three iconic trading banners, Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars. Our knowledgeable Team Members serve customers through our network of more than 930 stores and ultra-convenient online sites, delivering on our commitment to provide accessible drink solutions for every occasion.

**About the role**:
Supporting the national Online Manager, you will manage the ongoing optimisation of our online liquor stores to drive weekly incremental sales through third party tools (Insider) with a clear A/B testing roadmap as well as optimising the customer experience for digital marketing channels through to our online stores.

You’ll also:

- Develop the campaign optimisation roadmap including A/B testing based on customer insights and hypotheses
- Set up and manage CJO campaigns across our sites to drive on-site improvements & business benefit
- Liaise with the Campaigns team to develop campaigns for specific events, as well as ever green always-on campaigns to drive continued benefit
- Clearly articulate commercial outcomes through reporting and insights
- Partner with our web commerce squad for new tests & opportunities to drive improved KPI’s
- Drive conversion optimisation and increase funnel engagement through third-party tools
- Liaise with digital marketing channels to deliver channel improvements and growth outcomes for website trade and performance
- Ensure the sites are optimised for peak trade events and mitigate any foreseen instances which could impact site performance and sales.

**About you and your skills**:
You have a demonstrated track record of delivering commercial and customer outcomes, meeting or exceeding conversion, revenue, and profit targets within the eCommerce space.

You’ll also have:

- Demonstrated track record of website and customer journey optimisation via third-party tools that delivered incremental revenue and conversion lifts
- Experience in eCommerce management or online website optimisation
- Hands on experience with sourcing and managing customer experience vendors, including utilising third party tools such as on-site search, merchandising, pop ups, recommenders and reviews
- A strong understanding of conversion funnels across online stores and knowing key levers to drive enhanced conversion and experiences
- Proven ability to work back with trade and campaign teams to leverage third party tools and enhance customer journeys
- Th ability to partner with digital marketing teams to optimise landing pages to support SEO or always on paid programs to drive high conversion and sales
