We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to lead our clients Valuation team in Victoria. This role will allow you to manage large, diverse projects across a variety of industries and asset classes, working with some of Australia’s leading organisations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a team of valuers while managing a diverse portfolio of valuation projects.
- Oversee valuations for financial reporting, insurance purposes, and other key client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide expert valuation advice and strategic guidance to clients.
- Actively contribute to local sales initiatives and business development.
- Travel within Victoria, interstate, and internationally as required.
What You Bring:
- AAPI with CPV qualifications.
- 10+ years of valuation experience, with expertise across multiple industries.
- Proven leadership experience managing both teams and clients.
- Experience in insurance or financial reporting valuations is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a logical mindset.
- Willingness to travel.
