My client is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to work in a fast-paced retail environment undergoing rapid transformation. This is a leadership role where you will support the rollout of a new brand vision. With strong influencing skills, you will generate support for new opportunities and be bold in trying new ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Drive the development and execution of their new brand strategy and vision to enhance brand awareness.
  • Aim for holistic brand consistency ensuring that every customer interaction, consistently reflects the brand’s values, voice, and identity to foster recognition and trust.
  • Mentor and coach the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and professional growth.
  • Ensure all marketing communications and initiatives adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Have a data-driven approach to undertake brand reporting.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in brand marketing, preferably within a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Leadership/ management experience to confidently be able to lead and manage a team.
  • Strong stakeholder experience to be able to work cross-functionally across teams and influence brand strategy.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
