About your role

You will be responsible for the strategic brand leadership of our Fresh Dog Portfolio, inclusive of our grocery mixed feeding brands and Treats portfolio.

You will bring to life some incredible opportunities in market and step change feeding behaviour of Pet Owners to feed fresher and live better everyday

In this pivotal role, we are looking for someone with a strong strategic mindset who can demonstrate experience in executing those strategies with success in market. Strong commercial acumen and the leadership qualities to drive your portfolio with omni-channel communications campaigns and the ability to collaborate cross functionally with commercial partners is a must.

What you'll do

  • Drive the strategic direction and executional plans of the portfolio to meet business expectations.
  • Implement consumer-led brand positioning and communication campaigns, identifying opportunities for new product development to stimulate future growth.
  • Manage the brand effectively throughout the year, making necessary adjustments in alignment with business and category requirements.
  • Actively oversee the brand's performance compared to budget expectations, collaborating cross-functionally with commercial teams (Sales, Category, Finance) to develop plans that deliver return on investment.

What will help you succeed?

  • Be an energetic, proactive individual with a passion for driving business performance in unconventional environments, possessing a hands-on attitude and adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of Brand Management experience, ideally at a Senior Brand Manager level or with involvement in senior brand initiatives within the FMCG or QSR sector.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in strategic brand leadership, from conceptualization to execution and delivering measurable results.
  • Expertise in brand positioning and omnichannel creative development processes.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including P&L ownership and analysis, with a history of leading, writing, and presenting range review presentations.
