About the role

As a Client Service Coordinator, you'll serve as a dedicated point of contact and support for our clients and Accounting Directors. Your role involves managing diaries, being a corporate compliance coordinator, assisting in business development, and supporting the Practice Manager with various projects. You play a crucial part in maintaining client relationships, handling inquiries, and managing administrative tasks.

About the Accounting team

What you’ll be doing 
  • Supporting 3-4 Directors with their busy schedules including diary management, travel plans and client contact schedules
  • Assisting Directors and team members in business development activities.
  • Ensure the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements, and maintains high standards of corporate governance.
  • Some organising and managing board meetings, including preparing agendas, circulating papers.
  • Corporate compliance coordination, including entity set ups, registrations and maintenance or corporate records
  • ATO registrations applications and maintenance
  • Preparing proposals and engagement letters for clients and assist and engage with our amazing clients
  • Managing client onboarding and offboarding process including CRM management, Corporate Compliance as well as handling new client leads
  • Working with colleagues from both the administration and accounting team to ensure a smooth client experience

Requirements

We want to hear from people who have:  

  • Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience as a client services administrator in business services accounting firm
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Power Bi, HubSpot, and project management software.
  • Ability to work in a busy and dynamic environment while having fun
