We are on a mission to reimagine how we can better support our customers when things don’t go to plan. The Senior Transformation Analyst is a key role that will provide exceptional support and drive key responsibilities across the Disruption Transformation Program.  

This position involves working closely with stakeholders across the Group to build and deliver on the Disruptions Transformation roadmap. This includes supporting program activities with cross functional stakeholders (Digital, IT, Finance and Customer), as well as external vendors. 

The role will entail effective project management, facilitation of workshops and the creation of materials to help enable the prioritisation and delivery of Disruption Initiatives across the Airline. Furthermore, the role will be responsible for developing high-quality customer, commercial and financial analysis. This analysis extends to ongoing Disruption Management reporting including helping drive initiatives within the program. 

The position will also take a lead role in the creation of Program materials for ELT/GLT-level audiences, the Program Management Office (PMO) as well the development of business cases. 

You’ll have –

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Digital, IT or relevant field
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience working in strategy/technology/digital 
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving ability and conceptual thinking
  • Strategic mindset, can solve, and lead the solving of, strategic problems of high complexity
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities 
  • Proven ability to meet goals and deadlines with an excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work with a high degree of autonomy and is proactive with initiative and a bias for yes
  • Process driven mindset, with the ability to drive change with complex processes and systems
  • Thrive in a hypothesis-led environment and ability to frame strategic challenges from a digital/technology perspective, and front line/operations experience will be highly regarded
