About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving new business acquisitions and identifying opportunities for cross-selling. Key responsibilities include:

Collaborating with Courier Franchisees and utilizing your network to generate new business leads. Identifying opportunities to maximize freight volume with both existing and new customers. Maintaining a robust and accurate sales pipeline. Implementing new business development initiatives to fuel growth. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key contacts in both existing and new accounts.

About You 

Previous experience in a sales role (industry experience is advantageous). A drive for achieving results and a hands-on approach to building new business. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Self-motivation, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience using CRM systems.
