The Role

  • Permanent Project Coordinator/Engineer with min 2 years’ experience and a proven track record of delivering projects as a Project Engineer within Australia.
  • Working on a major Data Centre in Sydney's Huntingwood area.
  • Your people management, communication, commercial contracts, and trade coordination experience with top-flight contractors will be fully utilised in this challenging role.
  • This is an organisation with clearly structured systems, a 100% commitment to safety, as well as having a clear focus on developing your skills and experience into the best that you can be to advance to senior level within 2-3 years.

We are seeking

  • Project Coordinator/Engineer with a proven track record of coordinating structural and fit-out trades
  • Someone who has proven tenure and has completed a Cadetship with a solid company in NSW - Tier 1 or 2.
  • Complex commercial building project experience - $100M +
  • Well-rounded knowledge of structures and finishes
  • Someone keen to gain or add experience within the high-tech nature of the Data Centre or Healthcare sectors
  • A proven ability to manage a range of consultants, subcontractors and staff relating to design, safety, quality, time and cost matters
