**About the Role**:
As a Project Coordinator/Project Engineer specialising in data centres at TATE APAC, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to the construction, expansion, or maintenance of data centre facilities. Working closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, technicians, and external contractors, you will ensure construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your typical day will consist of both on-site and off - site activities and will include:
**Project Planning and Scheduling**:

- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project schedules using project management tools.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.

**Resource Allocation and Procurement**:

- Assist in resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials required for project execution.
- Coordinate procurement activities, including obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, and tracking material deliveries.

**Communication and Stakeholder Management**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related inquiries from internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Facilitate regular meetings and communications to ensure all stakeholders are informed of project progress and updates.

**Quality Assurance and Compliance**:

- Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to verify adherence to project specifications and requirements.

**About You**:
**_ Work experience and education_**
- A minimum of 4 years' experience as a project coordinator or similar, preferably within the data centre or commercial construction industry.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field preferred.
- Strong technical background and understanding of data centre infrastructure and construction methods will be a distinct advantage.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project
