About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a National Operations Support (NOS) Officer to join our team in Canberra. Reporting to the NOS Team leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the facility operations and support management. Operating in a fast paced and dynamic environment you will play a vital role towards maintaining continuity of service delivery for these 24/7 secure environments.

 What you’ll be doing 

  • Answer telephone helpline requests in line with contractual requirements and service level agreements
  • Accurately process data within NOS information technology systems
  • Creating Purchase Order requests and managing supplier invoices
  • Recording time crucial and sensitive data in customer portals
  • Monitor and record all transport and escort activity
  • Processing of Escort document packs for the purposes of billing

About you - your ideal skills & experience 

  • This role will suit someone with the willingness to work flexible hours and an ability to manage their own time to meet deadlines
  • You will have the ability to manage high load of competing priorities in a fast-paced environment within a high performing team and enjoy learning new skills and systems
  • You are a customer focused individual with excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • You have the highest level of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
