Maximo Business Analyst – Utilities – Initial contract until end of April 2025
  
Are you interested in joining an organisation dedicated to providing services to individuals and communities in remote regions? Our client is a well-respected entity working on exciting projects and are currently seeking a Maximo Business Analyst to join their team.
  
This role leverages your Maximo expertise to analyse, implement and optimise asset management business processes. You'll be joining a program that plays a crucial role in the organisation’s corporate strategy, focused on replacing legacy systems and enhancing capabilities across six critical domains.
  
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Collaborate with Solution Designers and business teams to understand and optimise asset management processes.
  • Gather and analyse high-level requirements to support the Asset Management (AM) business case.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of current systems to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to leverage Maximo solutions.
  • Act as a Maximo subject matter expert, supporting solution design and architecture documentation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, project managers and business stakeholders.

The role will start in October and be offered as an initial contract until the end of April 2025 with a flexible WFH agreement. There will also be a requirement to travel to Darwin with the rest of the team for 1 week every month, though all costs and allowances are covered.
  
The skills/experience needed will include but not be limited to:

  • Proven experience as a Maximo Business Analyst, with expertise in asset management systems, building, maintaining and decommissioning assets.
  • Strong knowledge of Maximo applications and their integration with financial processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions.
  • Experience in client engagement and working within lean team environments.
