- Develop System Documentation: Create and maintain system documentation, ensuring compliance with IT standards and practices.

- Support Maximo and Other Applications: Collaborate with team members to support Maximo and other applications, monitoring application incidents and service requests.
- Participate in Enhancement Processes: Participate in bi-weekly enhancement processes, focusing on high-volume improvements and modifications.
- Provide Input and Guidance: Provide input and guidance on projects and work with various teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Implement Changes within Maximo: Implement changes within Maximo to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Deploy Maximo Mobile: Deploy Maximo mobile to enhance user experience and improve system accessibility.
- Plan a Major Upgrade: Plan and execute a major upgrade to Maximo to ensure seamless system transition.
- Maximo Expertise: Proven experience with Maximo, including configuration, security, and integration.
- Technical Skills: Competent in SQL, programming languages (e.g., JavaScript or Python), and database management.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Experience in setting technical standards, leading projects, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a track record of providing strategic solutions and staying updated with industry trends.
