We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst with expertise in Maximo (Asset Management Software) to join our team at Capstone Recruitment Pty Ltd. As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing the full Application Lifecycle of Maximo and related Asset and Works Management systems.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and modify the Maximo system to meet business needs, including creating and managing workflows, data structures, and integration points.
- Oversee daily operations, monitor application incidents, and provide Level 2 support for Maximo and other asset management systems.
- Resolve complex technical issues by working closely with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Plan and execute system maintenance, performance tuning, upgrades, and patches.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and make design decisions aligned with best practices.
- Develop and enhance system documentation and ensure compliance with IT standards and practices.
- Support design, estimation, and development according to standards.
- Support Maximo and other applications, collaborating with team members and monitoring application incidents and service requests.
- Participate in bi-weekly enhancement processes, focusing on high-volume improvements and modifications.
- Provide input and guidance on projects and work with various teams.
- Implement changes within Maximo.
- Deploy Maximo mobile.
- Plan a major upgrade.
- Experience with Maximo, including configuration, security, and integration.
- Proven ability to manage and customise Maximo applications effectively.
- Competent in SQL, programming languages (e.g., Java Script or Python), and database management.
- Experience in setting technical standards, leading projects, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a track record of providing strategic solutions and staying updated with industry trends.
- Ability to work with IT teams, project teams, business support teams, senior managers, and system architects.
