Description

Ares Wealth Management Solutions (WMS) Australia is looking for an Associate, Sales and Product Support. The position will play a key role in supporting the distribution efforts and management of a range of alternative strategies offered to the Australian and New Zealand private wealth channels. The incumbent will work closely with the all the members of WMS, Australia and New Zealand to help drive WMS to its long-term growth and development.

Primary Functions and Essential Responsibilities

Act as business development assistant for WMS Australia senior business development managers Help with client review processes and DDQs across the full range of products offered by WMS Australia Cultivating and manage relationships with platforms and a subset of clients Help the product management of Australian unit trusts, owning reporting processes and data requests Maintain and manage product collateral for WMS Australian unit trusts Conduct and maintain competitor analysis across assets classes covered by WMS Australia Help generate analysis and reports on sales activity and campaigns using Ares CRM tools. Support marketing efforts through running approval processes, helping develop collateral and social media Assist the head of WMS Australia and New Zealand across strategic initiative.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably a major in Business, Management, Psychology, Social Sciences (other disciplines are also welcome) with strong academic records.

Skills and Abilities Required:

3-5y+ distribution/business development / product management experience across public and private markets into the private wealth or listed channels. Proven ability to build relationships through active listening and delivering client service to the highest standards. Ability to demonstrate a client centric and outcome focus mindset Self-motivated team player with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a collegial, fast moving, demanding, and dynamic environment. Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field with exceptional academic credentials. Excellent communication and written skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Attention to detail. Impeccable integrity and trustworthiness.
