**Position Overview**

The Marketing Associate position is an entry-level position that provides the opportunity to immerse yourself in a hands-on learning experience. You'll collaborate with seasoned marketing professionals on a variety of promotional marketing projects and sales campaigns for a variety of reputable companies in the Sydney region. Your innovative ideas will be valued as you contribute to the team, assisting in the execution of strategies that drive results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies**: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted B2B sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- **Build and Maintain Relationships**: Cultivate strong relationships with potential customers through face-to-face interactions.
- **Product/Service Presentation**: Effectively communicate the value proposition of the client’s products or services to businesses, highlighting key features and benefits.
- **Collaborate with Sales Teams**: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, providing necessary support to drive lead generation and conversion.
- **Track and Analyse Results**: Monitor and analyse personal and team performance by providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Graduate

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
