**The role**:
The Production Associate plays a critical role in supporting Culture Kings' internal screen-printing operations. This role encompasses a range of warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, finishing, and shipping raw and finished screen-printed garments. The Production Associate also provides valuable assistance to Machine Operators by aiding in tasks such as loading and unloading presses, catching garments, and preparing and reclaiming screens. The primary focus is on ensuring accurate and efficient production processes while maintaining a safe and organised working environment.

**Essentail Functions**:

- Ensure Work Order Accuracy: Monitor and oversee work orders as they progress through various production stages, ensuring that all tasks are carried out correctly and efficiently.
- Maintain Work Environment: Execute daily cleaning procedures to uphold a safe and clean workspace, contributing to the overall well-being of the production area.
- Equipment Maintenance: Identify and communicate any equipment maintenance or repair needs to management promptly to prevent disruptions in production.
- Quality Inspections: Conduct thorough quality inspections on both raw materials and finished products during different production stages, maintaining the highest standard of quality.
- Physical Inventory: Participate in regular physical inventory counts to assist in accurate stock management.
- Efficient Task Execution: Perform all assigned tasks with efficiency and accuracy, aiming to optimise production outputs.
- Speed and Accuracy: Maintain a balance between speed and accuracy to meet production deadlines while ensuring the quality of finished goods.
- Despatch Coordination: Ensure that finished goods are dispatched on time, contributing to the timely delivery of products to customers.
- Ad-hoc Responsibilities: Be prepared to take on additional tasks as required by Management to support overall operational efficiency.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Ability to lift and/or move items weighing up to 50lbs, and stand for extended periods as required in a warehouse setting.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in reading, comprehending, and executing written and oral instructions to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Attention to Detail: Possess strong attention to detail to identify and address any discrepancies or quality issues during production.
- Mathematical Proficiency: Capable of performing common mathematical calculations to ensure accurate measurements and quantities.
- Team Collaboration: Able to work effectively within a team environment and provide support to Machine Operators and other team members.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
- Safety Awareness: Prioritise safety by adhering to established guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Previous Experience: While not required, prior experience in a production or warehouse setting is advantageous
