About The Role

This exciting opportunity is for a Fashion Sales Associate/Team Lead to join our dynamic retail team at ZARA. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cashier Operations: Manage cash register operations efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Sales Performance: Drive sales growth by upselling and cross-selling products, achieving KPIs, and contributing to departmental targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on new arrivals, best-sellers, and product promotions, offering expert advice to customers.
  • Till Security: Take primary responsibility for till security within the store, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail sales or team leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams towards common goals.
