About the role

The eHealth Test Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of eHealth systems by conducting thorough testing and analysis. Working closely with the eHealth Test and Release Lead, the Test Analyst will design, execute, and document test cases for eHealth applications and systems, identify defects, and collaborate with solution teams to resolve issues. This role involves validating system changes, enhancements, and new releases to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

About you 
To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a testing or similar role in a healthcare or hospital setting
  • Knowledge of the Oracle Health Solutions (PowerChart, FirstNet, SurgiNet, SurgiNet Anaesthesia, Device Integration, ICU and Care Delivery) and Patient Administration Systems (e.g. iPM) or other similar Electronic Medical Record systems.
  • Experience in using software to manage test plans and execution
  • Experience in developing test plans and test scripts
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a Health discipline, Information Technology or Information Management or equivalent work experience.
  • High level of computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project to produce professional documentation and presentations
  • Proven ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and logical and effective manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent tasks and adapt to changes in the work environment. 
  • Ability to seek advice and direction from technical experts
  • Excellent Team player
  • Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
  • Current valid Driver’s License

Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role.  An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
