About the Role

The Electronic Health System Analyst and Trainer is a critical position that plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth implementation of electronic medical records. This role involves managing change initiatives, developing training programs, and facilitating stakeholder engagement to ensure effective adoption of eHealth solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage change initiatives and develop training programs related to electronic medical records
  • Ensure changes to eHealth applications and processes are effectively implemented, communicated, and adopted by end-users
  • Identify training needs, create educational materials, and facilitate training sessions to support successful adoption of eHealth solutions
  • Play a pivotal role in project initiatives, particularly in rolling out EMR to paper-based areas, ensuring smooth integration and effective adoption by transitioning departments
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Experience in change management, training, and/or business analysis in a healthcare setting
  • Sound understanding of, and experience with, change processes and workflows at various stages of the implementation of a major transformational project
  • Experience in the implementation of a clinical or health department information system
  • Experience in benefit realisation modelling, monitoring, and delivery of benefits
  • Experience in development and delivery of communication plans including marketing, branding, and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in developing training plans and delivering training
  • Facilitation skills in a stakeholder group setting at all levels of the organization
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High level of computer literacy
