Job Description

Undertake receptionist duties to welcoming our guests to the hotel and inform them of facilities. Accurately check in/out guests using property management system. Ensure all guest enquiries and requests are attended to correctly and efficiently. Practice accurate transitions handling of credit cards, cash and company accounts. Operating the telephones including transferring incoming calls to the appropriate person in order to ensure all internal and external requests are attended to in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills. A friendly and positive can-do attitude who enjoys working in a team. A passion for the hospitality industry with a drive to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
