Job Title: Front Office All Rounder

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office All Rounder to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Accurately process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring all necessary information is collected and documented.
  • Reception Duties: Greet and welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and company accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Phone Operations: Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring all internal and external requests are addressed promptly.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate a positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
