We are now looking for Finance and Insurance BusinessManager to join the team in a full time permanent role inSouthport. What we are looking for: Someone who will talk to 100% of our customers, offering them100% of our products, 100% of the timeSomeone who has a passion for knowing everything about ourproducts and talking about/selling themAn outgoing personality with excellent communication (both withour customers and internally with staff)Consistency in following the same process every timeVery good paperwork and administration using available ITsystemsSelf driven and action orientated to get the job done at oftenfast pace in a professional and fun workplaceExcellent team engagement to achieve a common goalFocused to providing the Ultimate Customer ExperiencePrevious Finance and Insurance sales experience essential What the role entails: Meet with all customers to talk about and sell finance and/orinsurance from the dealership's own supplier, offering BrandedFinance, insurance and GFV productsAssist New and Used Vehicle Sales Departments in salesnegotiations where necessaryEnsure sales and profit objectives for Finance and Insuranceare met or exceeded What we offer: Full training in our finance products and sellingprocessesConsistency in following process every time will create resultsfor you that will help you earn above averageYou can expect total package which will be higher than mostliving locallyEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Exclusive discounts with our Samsung Partnership ProgramDiscounted Gym membershipsFree Titans tickets to home games All Frizelle Sunshine employees must be entitled to work inAustralia, complete a Federal Police Check and a Traffic History(QLD) or Driving Record (NSW) check.-
