About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced and proactive Finance &Insurance Business Manager to join our PenfoldPre-Owned team. In this crucial role, you'll drive salesgrowth and play a key part in our team's success.
Your focus will be on identifying opportunities, showcasingstrong attention to detail, and gathering information effectivelyto boost sales.
Key responsibilities:
Achieving set sales targets including managing all F&Isales and transactionsDriving the performance of all finance & insurance productsavailable to you through our Financial Services, and other FinancePartnersIdentify new opportunities - customer prospectingMaintaining relationships with new and existing customersMaintaining relationships with Finance agents and insurersProvide the best customer experience possible.To succeed in the role, you need:
1-2 years' experience as a Business Manager in a fast-pacedretail automotive environment.Strong teamwork skills and a natural sales ability to helpcustomers realize their vehicle ownership and protectiondreams.Comprehensive understanding of the sales process within adealership environment.Essential experience in a similar business management role,preferably in an automotive, truck, or motorcycle dealership.Our commitment to you:
