About the Opportunity  

 Do you love creating memorable experiences for guests? Join our team and become a key player in delivering exceptional hospitality as part of our conference and events team.

 This could be just the right role for you?   

  In the role, you’ll have the opportunity to experience working across all our outlets with a broad range of service styles including conference & events, casual dining, pool and bar service.  

  Key responsibilities will include:  

  •  Greeting customers;   
  • Providing detailed menu knowledge & explanation;   
  • Taking orders;   
  • Communicating with the kitchen;   
  • Set up & clearing of tables;   
  • Interacting with guests.  

 With rosters available two weeks in advance, our team's roster allows us to maintain consistency in our work schedules. Availability to work 3-5 shifts per week with evenings + weekends.

  What you’ll need to be successful  

  •   Previous experience working in a customer focused venue within fast-paced food and beverage service.  
  • Bar experience (desirable)   
  • A genuine love of hospitality and providing great service.  
  • Current VIC RSA Certificate  
  • Exceptional communication skills with a bright & friendly personality.  
  • The ability to quickly build rapport with guests and your team.
