At RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort, in Victoria's Yarra Valley, we're seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. With a focus on customer service, you'll work closely with our management team to coordinate service and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

A day in the life

As our Food and Beverage Supervisor, you'll be responsible for assisting with the coordination of service, ensuring all OH&S policies and procedures are adhered to, and resolving customer complaints. You'll also be expected to work across a range of events in a fast-paced environment, leading by example and inspiring a large team to provide exemplary customer service.

  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within a 4-5* hotel environment
  • Ability to work across a range of events in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lead by example and inspire a large team to provide exemplary customer service through your excellent communication skills
  • A passion for hospitality and a professional can-do attitude with the ability to anticipate member needs
  • Must have availability and flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends, evenings, peak holiday periods and public holidays
