About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the management team in coordinating service at Riddell's Green
  • Ensure all OH&S policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Resolve customer complaints and guarantee the quality of work meets required standards

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within a 4-5* hotel environment
  • Ability to work across a range of events in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lead by example and inspire a large team to provide exemplary customer service through your excellent communication skills
  • A passion for hospitality and a professional can-do attitude with the ability to anticipate member needs
  • Must have availability and flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends, evenings, peak holiday periods and public holidays
