About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Attendant at RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and contributing to the success of our events and conferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere
  • Provide detailed menu knowledge and explanation, taking orders and communicating with the kitchen
  • Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and tidy environment
  • Interact with guests, building rapport and ensuring their needs are met
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a customer-focused venue within fast-paced food and beverage service
  • Bar experience (desirable)
  • A genuine love of hospitality and providing great service
  • Current VIC RSA Certificate
  • Exceptional communication skills with a bright and friendly personality
