 Note: This is a full-time role (FTE 1.0), Monday to Friday, 11.30am to 7.30pm. The role is fixed-term cover for parental leave, expected to be from early 2024 July to early March 2025.

About the role

The Student Services Officer is responsible for assisting with the efficient, high-quality delivery of student services. Particular focus is placed on supporting student experience by being a welcoming presence at the reception desk, and fielding varied queries from students, parents, visitors and other stakeholders. The role plays a key part in completing administrative tasks in line with our compliance responsibilities.

The ideal candidate we seek will ideally have the following:

  • An ability to deliver an excellent standard of customer service in a busy environment 
  • Flexibility and the ability to work independently
  • Organisational skills with the ability to work across various tasks and to prioritise work to meet deadlines 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Cultural sensitivity, patience and the ability to assist in complex situations 
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and management 
  • Experience with MS Word and Excel 
  • Relevant education qualifications and/or experience 
  • Current Working with Children Check
