Student Services Officer

**Role Description**
The Student Services Officer is responsible for assisting with the efficient, high-quality delivery of student services. Particular focus is placed on supporting student experience by being a welcoming presence at the reception desk, and fielding varied queries from students, parents, visitors and other stakeholders. The role plays a key part in completing administrative tasks in line with our compliance responsibilities.
- An ability to deliver an excellent standard of customer service in a busy environment
- Flexibility and the ability to work independently
- Organisational skills with the ability to work across various tasks and to prioritise work to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Cultural sensitivity, patience and the ability to assist in complex situations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and management
- Experience with MS Word and Excel
- Relevant education qualifications and/or experience
- Current Working with Children Check
