To drive this ambitious new venture, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic ICT Business Development Manager to help grow our presence and market share in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector.

The Role:

As the ICT Business Development Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping and driving the success of our new ICT department. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who can hit the ground running, develop key business opportunities, and lead strategic initiatives to grow our market presence.

You will work closely with senior management to identify and secure new ICT business opportunities, build lasting relationships with clients, and ensure that Lucky White Goods Pty Ltd becomes a trusted name in the ICT space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to expand the company’s ICT portfolio and increase market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the ICT industry, including market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on product offerings, customer needs, and market demands.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, while managing key accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide market insights and recommend new strategies for product development and service offerings in the ICT sector.
  • Report regularly to senior management on progress, opportunities, and challenges in the ICT market.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or management roles within the ICT sector.
  • A strong understanding of the ICT market, trends, and technologies, with a demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A self-driven, results-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
  • A degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
