Day to day you will:

Act as a trusted business partner, delivering best-in-class sourcing and end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio. Lead strategic sourcing campaigns, including proactive outreach, talent community engagement, and innovative employer branding initiatives. Utilise data and analytics to optimise recruitment processes, uncover meaningful talent insights, and drive informed decision-making. Provide regular talent acquisition reporting, insights, and market updates to drive continuous improvement. Harness advanced tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to proactively identify and engage top talent for Nine. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, ensuring a deep understanding of their talent needs. Meet SLAs by achieving targets such as time to shortlist, time to fill, proactive hires, and optimising agency partnerships. Contribute to the delivery of TA initiatives, including training programs for hiring leaders.

You will be based in our modern North Sydney office with hyrbid and flexible work arrangements. 

Qualifications

We are seeking a passionate recruiter who will be a brand ambassador for Nine. Your commitment to quality and ability to effectively manage the recruitment lifecycle will make you shine

What we would like:

Experience and knowledge of best practice end to end talent acquisition Demonstrated experience developing and delivering a range of sourcing strategies Ability to develop and present meaningful reporting and insights  Strong communication, sourcing and networking skills. Excellent interviewing and assessment abilities. Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong project management and organisational skills. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other systems
