We are seeking expressions of interest for experienced Talent Acquisition Partner/s to join our team Contribute to a culture that is open and collaborative, with plenty of room for your personal style and energy to shine

What You’ll Be Doing

In your new role of Talent Acquisition Partner, you will provide professional end to end recruitment support to hiring leaders, attracting, and securing talent across a variety of roles aligned with our Corporate and Customer Markets business portfolios.

With an understanding of current and future talent needs, you will design and implement creative recruitment campaigns to attract and secure the rare and hard to find talent through proactive searches, market mapping and talent pooling.

To be successful in this role, we need you to be passionate about:- Building credibility as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders to influence best practice hiring decisions- Implementing proactive search strategies to attract the best talent- Playing an active role on social media to grow your own professional brand and promote AGL as an employer of choice- Contributing to identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives- Supporting AGL’s Diversity and Inclusion agenda

About You

We are looking for passionate and deeply curious Talent Acquisition Partner/s with a desire to truly connect with the business, take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process and actively engage and collaborate with your teammates.
