About SASH:

The Small Animal Specialist Hospital (SASH) was established 17 years ago. Our North Ryde headquarters is the largest referral facility in the southern hemisphere. SASH network of hospitals include, SASH Central Coast, SASH Adelaide, SASH Western Sydney, SASH Alexandria and opening in Northern Beachers and Gold Coast imminently. Our core purpose is to help pets and their families live their best life and we have the privilege of caring for over 45,000 pets and their families each year.
  
With the recent and continuous growth of the business, our Talent Acquisition team has identified the need to expand, to better service the needs of the business. We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner position in a supportive, dynamic, and hardworking team. New processes and systems will mean we are looking for a resilient, dedicated and likeminded individual for this opportunity.
 
About the Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a vital role in recruiting across our network of specialist and emergency veterinarian hospitals. From front-of-house staff to clinical and group services roles, you will be responsible for end-to-end internal recruitment processes.

Working alongside two dedicated talent partners, you will utilise your exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to attract and retain the best talent in the industry. Your thorough understanding of recruitment processes and industry experience will be advantageous in this role.
  
About You:

We are looking for someone who is interested in learning and growing their recruitment skills, in a rewarding industry, like no other. To be successful, you will have:

  • 2 years experience in a similar role or equivalent
  • An excellent work ethic and attention to detail
  • The ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to work autonomously, show initiative and work productively within a team environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt easily to change and prioritise multiple tasks and meet multiple deadlines
  • A tertiary qualification on in Human Resources or business
