Talent Acquisition Partner - Technology

**The Role**

As a Talent Acquisition Partner specialising in our Technology, you will play a pivotal role in delivering efficient and effective end-to-end Talent Acquisition services. Your primary focus will be on partnering with people leaders to swiftly identify, attract, and acquire top talent, all while educating them on best practices in talent acquisition. Strong talent acquisition partnering experience and understanding of recruiting value streams are crucial for success in this role.

Strong experience in talent acquisition partnering, along with a deep understanding of recruiting value streams, is essential. You must also demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality partnering solutions in a proactive and effective manner. We're seeking individuals who are resourceful, proactive, and solution oriented. You should excel at attracting, sourcing, engaging, and identifying a diverse range of talent. Being highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities is crucial. An analytical and problem-solving mindset is also important, as is the ability to adapt to different viewpoints and opinions.
