About the role: 

The role of ICT Business Analyst (BA): 

    • Supports the business by supporting the Discovery activities through business requirements elicitation, business case development, market engagement and 
    • Assists in successful implementation of ICT projects and analysis of existing systems and functions
    • Contributes to the wider BA practice and Enterprise Architecture (EA) for Lutheran Services
    • Work with stakeholders and ICT & Projects team to perform business analysis to determine business requirements through extensive consultation 

This role will lead engagement with our stakeholders through workshops and will also drive a wide variety of process and information mapping.  

About you: 

To see you be successful, in this role, you will have completed a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business management or equivalent work experience in this field. 

    • Experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise environment 
    • Excellent stakeholder relationship skills with the ability to tailor communication to suit various audiences 
    • Experience with process and information mapping - data analysis and modelling, creating use cases, acceptance criteria and test cases
    • Worked with a variety of Cloud based ICT solutions – preferably TechnologyOne, Humanforce, Telstra Health products and Community Services products.
