Talent International is searching for an experienced **ICT Trainer** to join our client, a non-profit organisation based. This role is based in **Milton** on a 3-4month contract, with possible extension.

**About the role**:
Our client requires an experienced ICT trainer for their LEAD program. You will have experience in developing L&D programs for digital transformations (i.e implementing new systems).

**Role Purpose**:

- Undertake Training Needs Analysis, instructional design
- Experience in developing a learning program to support the adoption and adaption of new systems
- Ability to use Articulate 365 (Rise and Storyline) to develop e-Learns, experience with screen capture software (e.g. Camtasia or Snagit),
- Ability to deliver face-to-face training and virtual training.
- You will also have the ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders including technical experts and business SME's.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- 5+ years in a similar role
- Articulate 365 tool experience
- In-depth knowledge of contemporary training design and delivery practices
- Extensive experience in stakeholder management; influencing, interpersonal and consultative relationship building
- Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and high performance
- Extensive experience engaging, communicating, and working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience
